This Agreement is entered into by and between GloTurk Group ("Company"), located at Gülbahçe, İzmir Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgesi, İzmir Yüksek Teknoloji Enstitüsü, 35437 Urla/İzmir, Türkiye, and any natural or legal person ("User") who accesses this website, mobile applications, or digital services.

By accessing the Site or using our Services, you declare that you have read this entire text, understood its content, and irrevocably accepted all its terms and conditions.

SECTION 2: PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION (KVKK & GDPR)

SECTION 3: TERMS OF USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3.1. Intellectual Property Rights

All ownership rights regarding the GloTurk Group brand, logo, "VitaPay," "Crypto Bot" algorithms, software, trade secrets, project designs, and all content on the website belong exclusively to the Company.

• Copying, distributing, reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized use of these materials is a crime under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (No. 5846) and is subject to severe compensation penalties.

3.2. Prohibited Activities

By using the Site or Services, the User agrees NOT to:

• Engage in activities that damage the Company's technological infrastructure (DDoS, viruses, bots, etc.).

• Perform data mining or web scraping.

• Violate the privacy rights of other users.

3.3. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GloTurk Group from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from the User's violation of this Agreement, illegal conduct, or infringement of third-party rights.

4.1. No Investment Advice

No information, chart, analysis, or report contained on this website, in project documents, or in meetings constitutes "Investment Advice" or "Portfolio Management" within the scope of the Capital Markets Board (SPK/CMB)regulations.

4.2. Crypto Asset and Technology Risks

SECTION 6: FORCE MAJEURE AND SEVERABILITY

6.1. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond the Company's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation (including "line-noise" interference), natural disasters, war, cyber-attacks, or government actions.

6.2. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a competent court, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 7: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Execution Offices of İzmir.
